Our clothiers will walk through your specific vision for your garment, personal preferences, and any special occasion (e.g., a tuxedo for your wedding).
J&A's clothiers will review our garments and customization options—from fabrics down to the buttons and stitching. You'll create a garment unique to you!

Once you place your order, give us 4-6 weeks to craft your look. We use state-of-the-art precision cutting and tailoring processes to create your garment. Please note that we cannot start your order until we receive your measurements.
When your order arrives, we invite you back to our Showroom to try your garment and go through final alterations to its fit. J&A Custom Clothing is committed to having your garment fit perfectly.

Print Self-Measure Form and take it to a tailor nearest you. Most tailors will take your measurements for free or for a nominal fee, which J&A Custom Clothing will credit with your order (up to $15). It's critical to get accurate measurements to ensure your garment fits and makes you look your best!

If Self-Measure form is not received in 15 days after the order was made, we would need to place the order on hold and issue a store credit for future purchases.

After receiving your garment, you might need to have some final fitting adjustments done to it. Let us know by e-mailing to: home@jacustomclothing.com and we can also do a zoom video call with you. Click for Zoom Call.
After reviewing your garment if needed, send your garments to our store showroom to alter with a return shipping label. Once completed, we will send it back to you!
You can also take your new garment to a local men's clothing store or tailor for final alterations to make it fit just right. J&A Custom Clothing will credit alteration fees up to $75.
